How to sterilize the BIBS DUMMIES.

1)  Place the dummy in a clean bowl of boiling water and leave them for approx. 5 minutes. 
2) Dry the dummy using a clean towel and press the nipple of the dummy to release any excess water. 

We recommend replacing dummies after 4-6 weeks due to hygienic reasons. There is no harm using them for longer than this time period, however if a discolouration occurs this may be a sign you need to replace.
