How do I return an item?

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. 

All orders must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels (if applicable) attached.

Any flat pack or unassembled items must be returned in the same condition and not assembled. 

We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is not returned to us in accordance with these conditions. 

If a customers refuses acceptance of a delivery from our courier the shipping cost will then be deducted from any refund due. 

What is the return process?

Please include your name and order number in your return. 

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable delivery method when returning items to us. Unfortunately we are unable to cover return postage costs therefore these are the responsibility of the customer.

When will my return be processed?

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return within 5 working days.  We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. 

Please note that if you are eligible for a refund, this is for the cost of the item only and does not cover the shipping cost. 

What to do if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you have received an item which is defective or damaged please contact us as soon as you have received the product on info@nolababy.co.uk. Please attach images so we can look into this for you.
