Parcels are sent via Royal Mail, DPD, ParcelForce or Evri.
For UK delivery we have three shipping options available: Saver, Standard and Express.
Express shipping is delivered within 1-2 working days, please note if you place your order after 5pm on a Friday, or on a weekend this will be delivered on the next Tuesday (or Wednesday if the Monday falls on a Bank Holiday).

In the event of a incorrect shipping address being inputted by the customer, this can be amended at any point up to fulfilment of the order. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address being given, we will provide the customer with a refund, minus any postage costs. Or, alternatively a replacement order can be provided with additional shipping costs being covered by the customer.
If delivery cannot be completed due to no-one being able to sign for the parcel a note will be left by the courier explaining how to collect or arrange for a re-delivery of the item. If an parcel is returned to us due to non-collection from the customer then we will provide a refund minus any postage costs incurred to us.
International orders will be subject to custom charges following Brexit, we advise checking with your local customs office regarding possible charges before placing your order.
Any customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by NolaBaby.
